Half-a-cake

I've heard of parents buying half cakes for their children's half-birthday (for families who subscribe to that sort of thing...I have a hard time keeping up with the whole birthdays here, so there's none of that half stuff...unless....)

Unless your cool hockey birthday cake gets a little sample taken by the dog and half of the cake has to be cut away to ensure any errant dog germs are not on the dessert menu.

Actually, it looks more like a 3/4 cake, a 75%er. Next year we owe Jack 1.25 cakes.

Next year the dog doesn't get an invite and can hang in the backyard, at least until dinner is finished.

I just have to applaud you for sharing your beautiful voice in a world where motherhood isn't uplifted as it should be. Your children are truly blessed to have you staying home with them and loving those simple moments alone with them in the innocence of childhood.
Bravo my friend!
