You may forgive Charlie Rangel for his problems having to do with unreported income, tax evasion, and all the houses he owns offshore he forgot to mention to the IRS, but here is a new low:
Charlie Rangel calls Sarah Palin "disabled".
No Charlie, that would be her son.
